LoomsForSale.com is a specialized B2B marketplace for industrial weaving machinery, including velvet looms, jacquard systems, carpet weaving machines, and related spare parts.
We act as:

• Direct Sellers – from our own verified stock.

• Authorized Brokers – representing sellers with industrial-grade equipment.

Our mission: Connect serious buyers and sellers in the textile manufacturing industry with maximum efficiency, transparency, and value.

2. Buyer Policy

When purchasing through LoomsForSale.com:

2.1 Product Verification

• All machines are inspected and photographed prior to listing.

• Technical details (brand, model, year, condition, width, accessories) are verified to the best of our ability.

• Buyers may request video inspections, live machine demonstrations, or site visits before purchase.

2.2 Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated.

• Payments must be made by bank transfer to the designated LoomsForSale.com account.

• Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before any dismantling, packing, or shipment begins.

2.3 Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) as specified in the sales agreement.

• Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes in their country.

• We offer optional dismantling, packing, and shipping services for an additional fee.

2.4 Returns & Warranty

• Due to the nature of industrial machinery, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Warranty is only provided if explicitly stated in the sales agreement.

3. Seller Policy

When listing your machinery with LoomsForSale.com:

3.1 Listing Requirements

• Machines must be industrial-grade weaving equipment (no hobby looms or consumer products).

• Sellers must provide:

  • Brand, model, and year of manufacture

  • Weaving width and technical configuration

  • Photos/videos showing machine condition

  • Location and availability status

3.2 Commission & Fees

• We work on a commission basis or buy directly for stock, whichever is most profitable for both parties.

• Commission percentage is agreed before listing.

• Listing is free, but sales through LoomsForSale.com are subject to brokerage fees.

3.3 Exclusivity Option

• For faster sales, sellers may grant exclusive selling rights to LoomsForSale.com for an agreed period.

• Exclusive listings receive priority promotion on our website, social media, and partner networks.

3.4 Inspection & Buyer Access

• Sellers must allow reasonable access for buyer inspections.

• Machines should be kept in operational or as-described condition until sale.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Turkish Commercial Law unless otherwise agreed.
